Well, that does make sense.

There's a bigger question of those are being treated for cancer.

Regardless of the cause of the cancer, SA (or other sleep disorders) might make the treatment less effective and the patient less likely to be able to withstand the treatment or make the treatment more miserable than it needs to be.
