In the beginng my first thought was I wasnt getting enough sleep so I deceided on my vacation to do some catch up,I ended up sleeping 30 hours straight,I knew nothing about sleep disorders and that was not normal that convinced me there was a problem.my doc sent me for a sleep study, after the first night in the sleep lab I was diagnose with mixed apnea at a severe level.the doc put me on emergency status to get me back into the sleep lab for the second study.soon after I received my bi-pap. fortunatly for me I was hazmat trained and getting used to the mask on my face wasnt bad at all and I stayed with it every night for 11 years now and glad I did other wize I wouldnt have seen my kids grow up my doc told me if I had gone any longer I wouldnt be here today. I'm legaly blind and it hasnt been easy but for any new comers..I know the feeling of having a device on ur face feels weird..dont give up and stick with it after the first week u'll be glad you did I know I am
