Hey guys. I'm here cause, well, I've had a few weird occurrences that have me troubled. Around wintertime I woke up one night with a...kind of a cold feeling in my hands. And I wasn't breathing. There was no gasp or snoring that I know of, I just woke up and there was a heaviness in my chest. At the time I thought maybe I was compressing my lungs, I was on my side and my arms were kinda curled together.

Same thing happened yesterday night, same position. But last night, or rather this morning, I woke up and again I was cold in my hands and I felt breathless and my throat was kinda...weird. Like obstructed feeling.

Thing is I looked up the symptoms of Apnea and none of the websites I found listed like tingling or coldness. This is giving me the impression my brain is supposed to be waking me up before the coldness starts...which has me kind of freaked out. This is only the third time it's ever happened, but...three times is enough to get me wondering, you know?

I'm on meds for depression and blood pressure, I'm a chronic sinus sufferer. I've always...when awake, sometimes I'd get lost in thought and find I was holding my breath unconsciously, or forgot to breathe, whatever you wanna call it. I've been thinking to force myself to sleep on my back.

Any thoughts? :/
