Having trouble seeing my doctor

I am frustrated. I have already been diagnosed with sleep apnea (CPAP pressure 15). Have already gone through several sleep studies with my original doctor and was never satisfied with my sleep, so I decided to go to UCLA to have another sleep test done. The test went well and I thought that I could see my doctor within about two months or preferably less. My former doctor would see me within two weeks or so to discuss the results of my sleep study. UCLA likes you to wait two to three months.
The trouble with the doctors at UCLA is that they are in such high demand. Right now on Aug 1, I can't get an appt. till December. When I call the UCLA the receptionists in neurology and ask if I can switch doctors (so can get an earlier appt) they tell me that they will check with the doctor's coordinator, and get back to me. They don't call me back. When I call back, the appt gets pushed back again. When I call monday I might be able to book an appt for next year.
I am tired of UCLA. Can anyone suggest another sleep clinic in Los Angeles?
