Hi everyone, just to let you know that I am now nearly 5 months down the line, having been given the all clear, no more sleep apnoea.
You may have read one of my previous posts, about having had sleep apnoea for nearly 7 years, and using a cpap machine, for most of those 7 years.
One and a half years ago I had a Gastric Band fitted, and I have lost 8 stone (112 lbs).
I have never felt better, in all my adult life. I only wish that I could have lost the excess weight, on my own, without having to pay thousands of pounds to have the Band fitted.
