- I have been stuggling with these sympthoms since I remember. There were not that intense in my childhoold but now they are very frustrating
- I usually sleep 10-12 hours at night - it is no difference how much I slept throughtout day or what time I fall asleep - it is always 10 hours or more
- I am unable to wake up - no alarm clocks tips work, no diet changes, no REM rhytms - just nothing. I wake up 11AM and barely rememeber that alarm clock were active earlier in the morning. No awareness till I sleep 10 hours straight
- I am very tired during the day. I nap very ofetn, despite my attempts to fight the naps off. I lack energy, enugsiashm and have slight depression due to fact of living a life o vegetable
- I get a bit of my energy back during 9 PM - 2 AM. This is the only time when I can do my work and physical exercises.
- My head is dull and I can feel some "foggy" substance in my head that I can get rid only after serious jogging (maybe it is ajuredic "ama"?)
- I do not whether it is related but I have bruxism (that I was not aware of - my wife just reported ) Bruxism is "tooth-grinding" that occurs during sleep.
- I have a sitting jobBUT!...
- I DO NOT SNORE!
- I am not overweight
- I do not have chroic headacheMay this be sleep apnea? (do you know anyone having this but who does not snore?)
- If not what else can it be?
- How can I be tested? What to do nextI appreciate any help because it so irritating to have these symphoms.
Best wishes!
