I had sleep study about 6 weeks ago (my 5th). This one showed Complex Apnea. The pressure to alleviate the obstructive events is leading to central events.

My Dr put me on biPap despite the fact that the sleep study called the results with the bipap "suboptimal". The bipap couldn't bring down the AHI beyond the mid-teens. I certainly feel sub-optional on the bipap. The study recommended an ASV titration.

I've called his office repeatedly asking for either the ASV titration or a follow up appointment. I've gotten no response. I think its time for another Dr.

I'm caustically optimistic that ASV will do the trick, but its been an exercise in frustration getting there.
