Howdy,

I've suffered with a severe sleep disorder for about 7 years. I've had a few sleep studies done and gone to several sleep doctors with little luck at curing my unique disorder. I was put on a CPAP for awhile which helped a little bit, but it wasn't until about a month ago when I started sleeping with an air ionizer in my room that I really started getting a good night's sleep.

Apparently these ionizers help people breathe better at night, which keeps the oxygen flowing to the brain, etc. Since they fill the air with negatively charged particles, I understand that this is basically like breathing in antioxidants all night. Whatever it does, all I know is that it works wonders for me. And I've tried just about everything from acupuncture to CPAP to herbal sleep meds, so it can't just be a placebo effect. If that was the case, I would've started sleeping well years ago.

If you're having trouble sleeping, give these ionizers a shot! Certainly couldn't hurt...

Sleep tight!
