Apnea has many symptoms. Which symptoms you experience depends on you. Some people have only 1 of them, some people have all of them. All of the symptoms you mentioned are typical of apnea.

It doesn't matter if you snore, not overweight or have headaches.
I am 5'8" 140# and had apnea, no headaches. I was undiagnosed by several doctors who said "look at you, you're too skinny to have apnea".

The next step is obvious, you need a sleep study. A real one in a lab. If they come in half-way through the night and try to put a CPAP on you, let them and see what happens.

And let us know what happens.
