Hello Maria S
You gotta pain in your neck from sleeping with the cpap for one week, I am wondering what sort of mask or nasal pillow or prongs you have? I have had experince on both types of mask.....
I found the pillow very comforting as you can move around as the hose sit on the top of your and is clipped there, giving the freedom move at night. I got Swift LT, good nose pillow.
Whatever it's pillows or prongs I don't know which one is which! All it matter is it does the job of giving a good sleep without any aches! Oh yes nasal pillow can be expensive if you make a choice to choose one with brittle connectors, break that and it render the whole mask useless! Even thou your Gel/silicone pad is in good service! It happened 3 times to me, got so sick of I went get nasal pillow instead!!!
