Thanks for the advice. I tried the full face mask (Quattro) but found the air blowed on my lower lip
and dried out my mouth despite turning the humidifier up. But more importantly, the pressure
didn't seem to be enough to be effective with the full mask on.

I switched back to the nasal mask in the middle of the night and slept better.

I do have chronic allergies and I suspect I have a deviated septum ... I'll check back with the sleep
center to see if they have any recommendations.

Thanks for the reassurance that I'm not at risk of doing more damage or suffocating.
