rent-to-own CPAP ripoff

Who else is frustrated with the ripoff of the rent-to-own CPAP machine? I'm able to sleep using my CPAP machine. However, Lifecare Solutions has been paid $356.18 by my insurance company, and I've paid them $936.19. That's a total of $1,184.21 - for the EXACT same product I can buy for $359!!! Who else has fought this battle?
