Wait a minute, if you slept on your back during titration, your CPAP is adjusted for back sleeping! You may find that the pressure is not comfortable on your side.

The probable reason for your arms falling asleep is that you're sleeping longer and doing a lot less tossing and turning than you did B.C. (before CPAP).
