I have a humidifier but it only helps with nasal dryness. Mouth dryness wakes me up frequently so I drink a bottle of water throughout the night.. I take a sip of Glycerine as well, it helps but for a short time. Also my eyes get so dry that I can't open them during the night and have to use eyedrops all evening. I use a special toothpaste for dry mouth and it helps for a short time - it becomes so bad that I rub some of the toothpaste on my gums as well throughout the night. I am convinced that it is the exhaust on the mask that causes the eye problem and to an extent the mouth dryness. I take meds as I have other sleep disorders so that contributes to my dryness misery. There is a new lozenge available in the U.S. (not in Canada yet) called Salese. Apparently these work quite well for dry mouth and do not require a script, I am going to order online.
Hope this helps.
