I have been battling with sleep apnea for over a year. One thing that has puzzled me in my experiences is that, in addition to sleep apnea, I have substantial neck and shoulder pain. I feel like there may be some kind of connection, but I have not found many postings online that discuss the connection between the two.

A while back, a member (glark) wrote a posting saying that MMA had relieved him of his apnea symptoms, and he noted further that he had had neck and shoulder pain caused by him leaning his head forward to open his airway. Can anyone else relate to this? I'd really like to hear your experiences. Thank you!
