I have been using CPAP with c-flex for over a year and really don't have any problems. It works great with just a nasal pillow mask. However, the last week or so I have been waking up in the night with an extremely dry mouth. I thought I might be mouth breathing since my allergies do kick up in the fall and I am slightly congested so I bought a chin strap that really does well. However, I am still waking up with an extremely dry mouth. Have the humidifier on the CPAP up high and also humidifier going in the bedroom. Has anyone else experienced this? Doctor doesn't believe me since it ONLY happens at night. Have been tested for diabetes but don't have it. Waking up with my lips stuck to my gums and my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth is almost as bad as sleeping without the CPAP. Any thoughts?
