I have been having this problem lately too. I have been on CPAP for a little over a year and it just suddenly started after I got a new machine. It is exactly the same as the old machine so I don't know what the difference would be. (The only difference I can think of is the tubing is new and a different type). Since I do not sleep with my mouth open I knew it wasn't that. Maybe I will use the tubing from the old machine and see what happens. Couldn't be that simple though.
