What a freaking joke!

I am so sick and tired of being...TIRED! This has been going on since I was born. I have no clue why I sleep more than 10 hours a night and always wake up feeling like I was hit by a truck because I am so FREAKING tired. I can't work, I have no friends, and I have to push family members away because I just don't have the energy to talk to them. I remember what a nightmare high school was (especially junior and senior years) because I simply didn't have the energy to do what was required of me. I couldn't balance hard AP classes with extracurriculars and home responsibilities. When I was in college, I had a nervous breakdown at the age of 19 because my body was so tired and I was pushing against the tiredness to balance everything. As a result, they put me on psychiatric meds, but the reason why I am depressed and out of touch with reality is because I have zero energy! It's just ridiculous.

Last Friday, I did a sleep study because my primary care physician didn't find anything wrong with my blood work. I highly doubt I have chronic fatigue syndrome because babies don't get CFS. The only answer has to be sleep apnea. I want to know realistically, what can the docs do for me? I am now in a relationship with a really great guy, but if he sees how many hours I sleep and how sluggish I am, what will he think of me? We are planning to get married in January, which is only a couple of months away! I'm not ready for any of this because of this tiredness problem. What in God's name should I do? HELP!
