I hate to say this but reading your post made me feel a little better. I have often wondered if anyone else knew what it was like to feel exhausted all the time, not tired, but so run down you can't get the things done that need doing, like pay a bill on-time, or make a doctors appointment, I can't tell you how many appointments I have rescheduled because I'm so wore out. I also can't work or do much around the house, and have lost most of my friends from lack of contact. My life is run by sleep apnea, I'm on a cpap, but it doesn't help ( I'll go into that in my own post) So if it does any good, you are not alone.

As far as your fiancée goes he really should know about the apnea, and it shouldn't be a big deal if he loves you, which I'm sure he does if you are getting married. I'm lucky to have a woman who understands for the most part or does her best to, but the fact is it does affect her life, so I let her know early on. I had the same worries about laying in bed next to someone wearing a mask, but that was all in my head not hers. I hope you find some relief, I know how teribble it is living this way.
