I believe the system will adjust for leaks but not sure if it is like an auto pap and increase the pressure if apneas are detected.

If your system isn't the auto pap type version you may need to have the inspiratory pressure increased.

If this is system is similar to an auto adjust cpap then the maximum inspiratory pressure may need to increased.
