You stated in a follow-up post that it wasn't 7.6 arousals per minute but 7.6 per hour. So you have been confusing a few people. If you are having 7.6 per hour you are not sleeping according to sleep criteria.
If you are having 7.6 per hour, it fits with UARS and your should be checked for it. With UARS there will be no scorable apneas.
