Thank you, Sandman. So sorry for making that mistake again. Yes, it 7.6 arousals per hour. You say that this is not sleeping according to sleep criteria. How many arousal per hour is sleeping? I ask this because my two doctors saw the 7.6 per hour and said nothing about any sleep programs. They said that precisely because I do not have sleep problems, I must have hyposomnia.
