Well were all confused now. I made a mistake, I meant 7.6 per minute would not be sleeping according to R&K.

7.6 arousals an hour is not a major problem by itself, depends on what is causing it and how it affects your daytime sleepiness.

My opinion is UARS and it is only an opinion based on very little evidence.
