I would hope that your cpap pressure settings are good in many sleeping positions. Your arms are going to sleep due to pressure on nerves and there are many variables including your position and your mattress. Sleeping on your side in the fetal position is the most natural and moving to various positions to find comfort during the night is natural. Rather than trying to figure out where to put your hose for a specific sleeping position why not try the device I found that delivers the tip of the hose to your mask no matter what position you sleep in. I'm not sure if I'm can give you the name but but since we're trying to help one another get comfortable with cpap I will tell you that its called hoser only with a z. Good luck.
