Hi! I'm just trying to figure out why I am so tired throughout the day. After reading through the forum, I do have a few symptoms...but other symptoms not listed and am still wondering. I am tired all of the time. I fall asleep easily and I think I sleep like a log. But I'm still tired to the point that I sometimes almost drift off to sleep while driving or at my desk at work. I have taken to drinking Mt. Dew throughout the day to make it through work. I do sometimes remember waking up in the middle of the night, but that is because I sleep on my side and my arms fall asleep constantly, so I have to switch sides to get the blood flowing again. I do not dream very often, and when I do, they wake me up at night but then I can't remember them the next morning. I do not snore, though my husband says I smack my lips a lot and sigh in my sleep. I am a little overweight. I weigh 135 lbs and am 5 feet tall. Most of my weight has been put on in the last couple of years, but I have attributed it to age. I also have noticed that in the last couple of years, my memory has gotten REALLY bad. I forget things constantly, to the point where my boss, husband, child, etc. become mad at me because I forget things so often. If it weren't for my calenday and post-it-notes, I wouldn't be able to function! I am only 33 years old. I joke about it, but truly worry how my memory will be in my senior years, if it is this bad now. Could my problem be sleep apnea?
