Sleeping on Airplanes

I am appealing to those of you who fly often. I have never slept on a plane but I am contemplating taking a 16 hr. flight next year and am concerned that I will not be able to pull it off. I have RLS and PLMD as well as OSA. I have never seen anyone use a CPAP machine on a flight and have travelled extensively. Have any of you, I believe there are battery operated versions? If I was sure that I could get some sleep by using mine in flight I would try to ignore the looks I might be given, like I came from Mars or something, just to get through what I see as an ordeal. I can't stopover anywhere as it makes it economically impossible. I would appreciate your input.
