Having made some effort to us the CPAP that I was recently prescribed I am
having an awful time with it. I have been through every possible inerface
and they have been very good working with me. I just cant sleep with any of
them. I happen to have major problems with insomnia as well so I dont think
this will work no way. They say the compliance rate with these things is
about 70%, but then they define compliance as 3-4 hours a night. I would
bet its closer to 50%.Okay so my question is about various types of mandibular inserts that are
sold for this purpose. I have an appointment with an orthodontist to look
into this option. My apnea is very low grade my CPAP was on the lowest
possible setting. Does anyone have any knowledge on this?Sandman perhaps? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
