CPAP and seasonal allergies

I was adjusting very well to my CPAP - stopped mouth breathing, got a nasal pillow mask that fit and formed a nice seal, actually felt rested ... and then fall came, leaves fell and my seasonal allergies kicked in. Now I can't breathe clearly through my nose.

I take Allegra daily, but it is still not enough. I tried nightime sudafed PE - but I woke feeling REALLY terrible. Felt like I got even less sleep than ever. I think my nose clogged in the night and I couldn't breathe. I had ripped off the mask without even realizing it. Afrin night time works great ... but can't use that very often.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Anne
