Hi, so sorry to hear about your struggle. It can be an adjustment to become accustomed to having something strapped to your face while you sleep!!! But don't give up and don't let the discouragement you feel overwhelm you.

IT may be that the nasal pillows are not the best choice for you. I started with a nasal mask, but as a mouth breather with some very small sinus turbines, it was not a good match. I swallowed air all night long and was miserable.

I changed to a full face mask, which most people hate, but I loved it. I joking tell people now that I'm married to my Cpap.

It does take time, and there is an adjustment period. Give yourself a few weeks to get used to it. Maybe you could increase your time every night and ramp up to a full nights sleep?
