Please take every avenue open to you to use your c pap.

Do not think you can make it without mechanical ventilation because you cannot.

I was where you are now but no MD was able to find out what my problem was and it got out of hand to the point where I was near death due to central apnea.

the only solution was an emergency trach because there was no time to attempt any other type surgery. I have been trached for sixteen years now and am doing very well but it is a last resort. I do not advocate a trach if there is another solution.

Please stay with it and do not give up.
