It could be a number of things - maybe excess moisture (condinsation) in the mask and tube circuit. Moisture will make noises. Try turning down the humidifier a setting or raising the temp in the bedroom a few degrees to prevent condinsation from forming. Also a possibility you washed the mask and did not re-assemble it properly? I am not familiar with this mask and couldn't comment on how it comes apart and goes back together for cleaning. You'll have to take a closer look at it.

One big problem with ALL FF masks is they have a tendancy to leak simply because a person's chin moves about during sleep and this area is a big part of the seal. If you can't solve the issue and it can possibly be done, try switching to a nasal only mask and use a chin strap.
