This particular mask actually fits over the bottom of the chin, and seems to take the bit of movement at night rather well normally (or it did the first week or so I wore it).

I would love to be able to use a nasal mask, but am a natural mouth breather and have yet to find a strap that will keep my big mouth shut. ;-)

I have turned down the humidifier and we will see how it goes tonight and the next couple of nights. Keep your fingers crossed.
