This is wrong. Snoring should NEVER NEVER NEVER be treated with surgery removing soft tissues. No way! I did that very thing. I answered an ad for laser LAUP operation to treat social snoring. About six months after having my uvula removed with a laser, I woke up gasping for air. That had never happened before. I went to the hospital and took PSG testing. I had severe apnea caused by damage from the laser to my throat.
People, please please listen to me. It is NEVER NEVER a good idea to let a doctor remove tissues for social snoring. That is pure quackery.
