i would suspect that sleep apnea is more common in younger people than we know, but we wait ill later to have it diagnosed. i know i had it in my teens but didn't do anything about it until my late 40's.

i'm about the same as you in severety. i am very happy with cpap, but it didn't happen in 1 night. i think that you need more time to adjust.

why not try to have a 30 minute nap in the afternoon, with your cpap on? this will lessen your over-all symptoms.
