Hello,

The pillows do work wonderfully if you wear a full face mask or the new Mirage Liberty mouth mask with nasal pillows.

I am one of the lucky people who have success with the Mirage Liberty, but my standard pillow kept pushin on and shifting the mask. My sleep doctor wrote a prescription for the CPAP pillow and I tried it out.

It works very well. Because of the corner notches in the pillow, my mask is not pushed around.

It works perfectly for me, and if you using a full face mask and experiencing mask shifting problems and leaks after a few hours of sleep (rolloing around pushing the mask) I would reccomend the CPAP pillow.

They are expensive at around $85
