Im a 41 year old man with severe osa have some relief with cpap. I have a 13 year old daughter that snores and a 3 year old that i have heard snore but i have not really been in the same room to hear much. My daughter is complaining to be tired all the time and is quite difficult to deal with sometimes her temper can be bad. My son is a little cranky in the morning but is generally pleasant except some temper flare ups also he seems to be a little on the small side compared to his peers. I'm wondering what approach i should take in this situation. I'm concerned I've passed this problem onto my children so i do not want them to suffer like i have not knowing i had sleep apnea probobly my whole life.I only recently have known i have this condition so im just getting started on it. Am i being paranoid or what its really driving me crazy? By the way my wife does not seem to take this as seriously as i think. Frustating!
