Super small travel CPAPs

Does anyone have any experience with any of the new ultra-small CPAP machines, either as an emergency backup machine, or as a travel machine? If you have one, has it worked out well for you? I'm considering buying one to have on hand in case my seven-year-old machine develops a problem, and also for travel.
