I am using a cpap for my sleep apnea. It works fine until 2 or 3am. I get up and stay up at those times and can't get back to sleep. Once I am up my thoughts start and I can only lie in bed without drifting off to sleep. Any ideas on how to turn off my brain without drugs. I am trying to improve the quality and quantity of my sleep.
ANy help will be greatly appreciated this has been going on for years and I am beat, anxious and a little depressed.
