Has anyone found what one can use besides benadryl for nasal congestion? It dries me out something awful. I just was put on a Bi-Pap at 16/12 and it is killing my nose! Went to the drugist and he was awful! Could care less, I guess! My nose just keeps stopping up! (I read the posts, and a full face mask is one suggestion, but on further reading, with a bi-pap they say it jummps on your face! That would be fun! LOL
Also, does anyone know how often one can get a sleep study when on Medicare? Someone told me 5 years, and that seems unreasonable!
