I'm sure he will need a c-pap machine. It does take getting use to it, but he will feel much more energy with in a couple days. Sleep Apnea is not to be taken lightly--it causes all kinds of health issues -- heart being one of the main ones. It is pretty costly, so I hope you have health insurance. One can buy used ones off the net also the best place I've found is : cpapauction.com
