The Fisher and Paykel SleepStyle 604 is a wonderful machine: it's very quiet, has a heated hose to prevent condensation in the tube, and it has a large reservoir for the water. (Actually, all of the Fisher and Paykel reservoirs seem to be large.) Because of the size of the reservoir, the machine is less compact than some of the other machines, but it's hard to imagine that you would run out of water. I don't even fill mine all of the way.

Sudafed (pseudoephedrine is the generic name) is the best decongestant, but it is likely to keep you awake. Do you have problems with allergies? Have you tried other allergy medications such as Claritin?
