I just got the EverestŪ Integrated System CPAP. It may not be the very smallest, but it is half the size of my old F&P, even with the optional humidifier and backup battery.

Also, it has automatic altitude adjustment, which is very important when traveling. It can be used for one night (perhaps as much as a night and a half) on a fully charged battery. This is also important for traveling to places with uncertain conditions.
