CPAP use is a LONG TERM solution and you have to be plugged into the medical system to be apart of it. But once you get over the cost and stigma of that obligation, you learn that you get your life back and you find that it is a trade off that runs heavily in your favor. So please consider going through the normal channels - that would be my best advice. About finding information reviewing CPAP devices, this and other CPAP talk forums on the internet serve as 'documents' in a way, but the internet is full of CPAP equipment information. Use google advanced search - key words 'CPAP Equipment' and search on file type 'pdf' - you'll find a whole bunch of stuff.
