I keep pulling the mask off my face. I have been using the swift LT for about 6 weeks now. However I keep pulling mask off my face.

How long does it take to stop pulling mask off face?

I am going to try hypnosis.

This is really frustrating me.

Also has anyone tried the OPAP. I can breathe thru my nose and I think I would need plugs.

But I hate the C CRAP.
