I should have added in my other post: you might be a candidate for one of the newer machines which adjusts to your breathing patterns and which doesn't pump air when you're exhaling. That might be just what you need to make CPAP therapy work for you.

On a lighter note, I see by your user name that you're a Cubs fan. I live in the Chicago area, but if I were a Cubs fan, I would probably never get a decent night's sleep! :)
