I do have some central events however my doctor said that they go away upon treatment after a month or two. The reason for ASV was my complex apnea was developing more centrals upon CPAP use and it was doubling my non treated score of 21. My centrals without cpap are only a few an hour. Ideally with proper treatment my doctor said that the centrals would go away and are result of long standing OSA.

Thanks
