You might try a Neti pot (or NeilMed sells a squeeze bottle that is pretty convenient) to irrigate your sinuses; the concept seems pretty strange, but it's not uncomfortable and it is a simple home remedy that can be quite effective. An ENT recommended it to me, and I've found it quite helpful.
