If you have SA and other health issues, you should treat SA. You also should treat any other issues, but that's really not within the scope of this forum.

As far as "rainout" (i.,e. condensation), place the humidifier (or integrated unit) lower than your head. Also, you may want to wrap the hose and/or raise the temperature in the room.
