I will mention bi-level as well. I do not "struggle" to breathe during the night...according to a human sleep partner.

I just got a new mask that fits better (less leak) on Friday. I average 10 hours of use a night. These are the current results from my machine, starting 3-8-10 (press set 10-15);

95% press; 10.2 day, 10.4 wk, 10.4 mo.

AHI; 3.6 day, 4.1 wk, 4.1 mo.

HI; 3.4 day, 3.8 wk, 3.8 mo.

AI; .2 day, wk, mo.
