I guess you know that many of the nasal pillows are designed to wrap the hose over the top of your head; they come with a Velcro tab to hold it in place. I resisted for a while because I felt like a dinosaur or rhinoceros, but it actually works quite well. It seems to be a common design feature for the nasal pillows, but not for the face masks. I use the Opus 360.

I considered one of the special pillows with the side cut out, but a memory foam pillow works well for me. However, I can see how a face mask might require a different kind of pillow than the nasal pillows.
